Tsubu Gai -Sashimi is the raw whelk removed from the shell. Fresh out of cold waters surrounding lceland. These tsubu gai or whelks are deliciously meaty and rich in flavor.

Harvested in the middle of the season, the flesh is the flesh is exceptionally succulent-sweet and slightly saline with its signature crunch.

Best served as sushi or sashimi to fully enjoy its natural flavors.
