Shishamo is female capelin fish semi dried and frozen. We carefully select high quality females only.

Each fish contain minimum of 20% roe.
We are offering 200gr with 11 – 13 pieces on a tray.

  • We buy top quality whole round ca pel in full of roe (20%)
  • We produce and dry it according to Japanese recipe
  • Then we pack into 200gr vacuum trays and freeze

  • Weight master carton 2kg (10x200gr)
